Serving Residents of the Ohio Valley Since 1976
Ohio Hills Health Centers provide residents of Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, and Noble counties with comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services, such as family and internal medicine, immunizations, lab and x-ray services, preventative care, health and wellness education, individual and family counseling. 
During your visit, our staff will develop personalized care plans with you and your family to manage your medical needs to achieve your long-term health goals. Ohio Hills Health Centers accepts all patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which means we can offer a wide variety of services through the Patient Discount Program.

Our Mission
Ohio Hills Health Centers are a non-profit health care operation, organized by communities in Eastern Ohio to promote healthy lifestyles and to provide comprehensive treatment and preventative services for area residents. The primary focus is to provide prompt, courteous and affordable health care that is responsive and sensitive to individual needs.

Quality Leader
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awards Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges to Health Centers that have made notable quality improvement achievements in the areas of access, quality, health equity, and health information technology.  Ohio Hills Health Centers has been recognized as a Bronze Status Health Center Quality Leader. Those awarded Bronze Status are in the top 21-30 percent of Health Center Quality Leaders who have achieved the best overall clinical performance among all health centers nationwide.

In addition to being recognized as a Bronze Status provider, OHHC was also recognized for Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality, meaning all criteria were met to optimize HIT services that advance TeleHealth, patient engagement, interoperability, and collection of social determinants of health to increase access to care and advance quality of care.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254 b, and deemed Public Health Service employer under U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). All services are provided regardless of economic status, race, color, sex, age national, geographic or religious background or political philosophy.
